We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
Exchanges and refunds are NOT available.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- Merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable merchandise includes sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories.
- Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Thirteenth Avenue.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Thirteenth Avenue diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
- Store Credit is valid only at www.thirteenthave.com
WHEN MAKING A RETURN:
- All returns must be pre-approved and assigned a return authorization number (RMA number). Email email@example.com to request your RMA number, by including your order number, billing name & address, and reason for return. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to confirm the RMA number and send you return slip via email.
- Once you have received your return slip, please print and include with the items you will be returning.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Unfortunately, USPS is the only shipping carrier accepted at this time.
- We suggest you keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
- Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
